1. Applicants are required to submit the application form in person to our office.
2. If you are printing the application form on your own, please print it double side on an A3 paper for the signature to be valid.
3. We suggest filling in the application form in our office.
4. We accept cash or cheque payment only.
5. Please bring along all necessary supporting documents, if you are not sure, check it at SERVICES, or contact us.
